Bringing together stakeholders in to implementing Landscape Management has been challenging yet an achieved target. The ESCAMP has been gathering the stakeholders at district level to encourage the all the government institutes in the area to work together towards a sustainable development.
The Collaborating meeting organized for the Kalutara district government officials was held on February 25, 2021 in Hotel Saffron in Wadduwa. The event had to be postponed earlier, due to the COVID19 pandemic situation.
Officials representing every Government institute in the Kalutara district participated the event. Individually, they explained several conflict situations in environment conservation and development activities those that they are attempting to solve.
We at the ESCAMP believe that this type of meeting we organize would create a better platform for the officials to network and collaborate making their work more effective and efficient
