A Nature-Based Tourism Planning Meeting was held in view of implementing nature-based tourism strategies for Bundala National Park on August 1, 2018, at the Saptha Parisara Mandapaya in Battaramulla. This Meeting was held under sub-component 3(b) of the Eco-System Conservation and Management Project (ESCAMP). The Meeting was conducted by Sustainable Tourism Consultant Matthew Humke of US. The participants comprised of Officers from the Wildlife Department, World Bank, and personnel involved in the hotel industry.
